Power Legal Services was founded by Licensed Paralegal and Commissioner of Oaths, Stephen R.B. Prust.

Mr. Prust worked in the business sector for several years before becoming a legal practitioner licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. As part of his corporate responsibilities Mr. Prust had the opportunity to interact with many seasoned legal professionals which impressed upon him the importance of integrity, civility and the interpersonal attributes required to succeed within the legal profession. Mr. Prust gained a wealth of experience advising and representing his corporation in mediation, arbitration and in civil matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Through his legal experiences Mr. Prust recognized the necessity for  affordable legal professionals to facilitate society’s growing need for access to justice within the province of Ontario.
